Important Reservation Information
Reservations are required to reserve the Party Pavilion for a specific time period (see availability below). Payment is due at time reservation is made. Reservation can be made by calling Independence Parks, Recreation, and Tourism staff at (816) 325-7370. Reservations must be made 7 days in advance. For a full refund, all cancellations must happen at least 14 days prior to reservation date.
Wrist bands will be given out for all participants. Be sure to pick them up at the Roger T. Sermon Center front desk any day prior to your party during operational hours.
Independence residents and non-residents may make party reservations.
Monday through Friday at 1 p.m., 3 p.m., or 5 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays at noon, 2 p.m., 4 p.m., or 6 p.m.
